Over 1000 Active Colors
For basic applications, Allen has two standard colors: black and white. We've found that our customers require specific colors as they develop their product with designers, or work to match existing parts or paint colors. So if you need a lawn mower shade of red, a specific shade of green to go on a tractor, or any other color in the rainbow, Allen's color match process will ensure your finished part matches.
NOTE: Some resins have color limitations. Our sales force and engineers are adept at solving these issues with alternate resin configuration options. All Colors are RoHS Compliant.
Smooth Sheet
We have built our reputation for quality on our critically smooth sheet. Whether you're looking for a deep mirror-like finish with our Alextra® product, or simply the smoothest finish available with your material requirements, Allen's quality control process will make sure you have the best looking product possible.
Textures
Allen offers seven standard textures listed below. For large programs, custom textures may be available.
NOTE: The quality of the grain is dependent on the material and gauge. Some materials and heavy gauges increase the time required to cool the sheet, which generally allows the grain to settle.
